If her eggs don't hatch what should i do next?

Ihave 3 RIR hens & 1 is broody. As i don't have a rooster i ordered 6 fertile eggs which i received by post & followed the instructions before introducing them to her. (let them settle at room temperature for 12hrs) unfortunately 2 were damaged in the 2nd week of her sitting on them & the 3rd went missing completely (im wondering if she ate it? ) it has now been 22 days & ive noticed a slight odor in the nest?so im guessing now they are unlikely to hatch :( what should i do now? the poor girl has been so patient & seems to be trying so hard, im concerned for her health if i try all over again.
