Does anyone know of any natural holistic cure for Maculla holes in the eyes?

This is a serious ailment of the eyes and there is no known cure or a really workable and viable treatment. If anyone of you has a positive answer and considered proven workable solution your response would be a boonn to all such visually handicaped people.
