Can director (of a pvt ltd company having two directors only)buy the et of the company witout paying cash .?

Can Director appear as S.Creditor in such case.On liquidation, the et can be adjusted against this liability.Is it possible. The idea is Director do not want to lock the money during the process of liquidation.
