Time For A Haircut From A Buzzcut?

This is what happened to my client. I would suggest cutting the sides and back and leave the top the way it is so it can grow. Fade in the sides with the top, and if needed you can cut the top, but not a lot. This way, when your hair grows, it wont grow into a helmet!
