In an age of unearned self-confidence and ego isn't it a recipe for personality disorders to have campaigns?

encouraging women to view themselves as "beautiful" and veritable queens. After all not everyone on the inside or outside is beautiful. In fact many people are very ugly on the inside and would do well to see that so that they could change it less shallow individuals. So where is the logic in telling girls from a young age that they are special and irreplaceable when it is far from the reality of it? Is it so that they can win the prize from men of unanimously having the largest egos
