I don't feel attractive :(?

My eye lashes are really short you can't even see them with or without mascara .. I don't feel pretty at all or girly.. Does anybody know how or what I can so to my eyes to make my eye lashers grow .. Or to stand out more .. I have died them and everything but there just short and stubby .. Plz help? X
