Video not continuous or consistent and there are interruption.?

I am registered on YOUTube for best videos and while switching it , it stops in between after one scene and within a fraction of second. Is there any solution to make it worthy to see without stopping. I checked google for remedial action but could not get proper solution . Is there any on line software like Skype available for running on line videos of Youtube
