Why don't they have a refridgerator wave?

Because anti-photons do not exist, or we have not yet discovered them. Anti-photons would be comprised of negative energy, and would annihilate when paired with a photon. A ray of them would indeed be a refrigerator wave, since it would 'remove' all radiant energy.
