What to do about 30 yr old stepdaughter?

Help. My husband and I recently moved to Atlanta. His adult daughter was already living in the city. My husband arrived before I did in order to purchase a home Well his 30 year old daughter suddenly had no place to stay and she moved in last year. She is 30, pays no rent or bills, doesn't clean up, you name it. I want her to move out but dont know how to broach the subject with my spouse. She is taking advantage of me and her dad and Ive had it. I need advice. Please!
