What does the l region feel like?

Hello fellow virgins and non-virgins, what does this "sensation" feel like? Is it really warm? If so, wouldn't there be an odor? What if I confuse this region with the rectum? What should I do if I get this "goop" on me. Is it toxic?! Should I consult my family pediatrician?! Or should I call an ambulance? Please help!
