Should I go to Rutgers or Drexel?

I've been accepted to both universities. Drexel has offered me a scholarship of $17,500, but Rutgers New Brunswick as of now has not offered me any financial aid/scholarship. I plan to go into the medical field as either a dietitian or a pediatrician (taking pre-med in college). I love Philly but I am a NJ resident so Rutgers is at a relatively good price for me. Which college has better academic standing? Please help!
