Please help... I need career guidance..?

I'm a homemaker and have a 7month old baby.I'm a graduate in visual design.I feel now sitting at home is worthless.But at the same time going for a full time job for 8 to 12 hours leaving my baby is something I can't. what is the right job for me So that I can spend time in work and with my baby. Can I take up a governmen job.........ooof ...confused...please help.My interests are for design but I'm ready to give up and take up any job that is time convenient
