Ideas for a prom dress..?

I think out of those would be number one. But that is my opinion. See, I'm a really colorful person and i like things that stick out. The past two years i had really georgeous dresses. I like shopping at DEBS. I think that whatever goes with your personality and self most i think you should go with. Maybe try making one?
