I had an ultrasound at 26 Weeks & have some questions?

So I had a 3D ultrasound done yesterday (non-medical) to get some pictures of my little guy just for fun. Well while I was there the person doing it told me that my baby is still breach. I am 26 weeks. Is this normal? Are most babies still breach at 26 weeks? Also we could see him blink and see his eye lashes. The technician said his eye lashes looked very long, and that they usually don’t develop this early, especially not as long as my little guy’s are. He said that he must just be developing a little faster than normal. Does this sound right? Should he have his eyes open yet? If he is developing fast does that mean he has a greater risk of being born pre-maturely? Also should I tell my doctor that the baby is breach? Sorry so many questions.
