If you're watching your weight, you might want to cut down on the EMPTY calories - stop eating so many tortilla products! You didn't say what the 400 calories were for breakfast, but based on the rest of the day, I'd imagine that the major of those were also carbs! ... Load up on the lettuce, and cut down on the carbs! In fact, you could use alot more veggies and some fruit in your diet!
