Have you ever tried to make an uncomfortable situation?

My grandma gave me this beautiful gl statue and out of nowhere i thought about what it would feel like if i just threw it on the ground in front of her. it made my stomach sick, and i got a little woozy. But it was such an intense feeling i just kept wondering what it would do to me. im a very shy person and ive been trying to change my personality, and i was thinking that maybe something like this would change me. anyways have you done things that would make you uncomfortable?
