1 doctor diagnosed ms another disagrees says go to ucla for second opinion?

First doctor says i have ms (technically diagnosed with RRMS, but dr also mentioned benign Atypical ms in his diagnosis). HMO forced me to see new Dr. 3 months after initial diagnosis. HMO dr's first questions was "why are you here"? My symptoms are too many to list enitrely here but needless to say they are in line with MS. HMO dr. said he didnt think i had ms, but had never looked at any of the other info from original dr (MRIs, nerve conductivity studies, etc.) He glanced at the MRI's while we were sitting in office. Says he wants to send me to UCLA for an unbiased second opinion, because he does not believe i have MS. I dont mind going to UCLA, but what can that accomplish? Started avonex but not sure if i should still take it. First doctor prescribed it second says dont take till you get second opinion from UCLA. Please help!!!!!!!!!!
